-I draw and animate with Clip Studio Paint EX, ibispaintx, and flipaclip, using AlightMotion to edit, and i use a XP-PEN Artist 13.3 Pro tablet-You're always welcome to use my work for inspiration and or to study from (NOT FOR AI THO)-FAN ART IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED!! SFW or NSFW!-youre allowed to repost/use my art for pfps, wallpapers, ect, just credit me (with the exception of gift art, comms, ect anything with somebody elses characters)-Please do not use my characters to roleplay

Terms of Service

Any statement listed may be allowed to change, if the participating commissioner disscusses it with myself (the artist) prior to commissioningBY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE LISTED BELOWGeneral I.-Please have clear and the correct references prior to commissioning
-Ill behavior will not be tolerated, and will result in your commission being turned down, or a denial to work with you again in the future
-The artist has a right to refuse work for any reason
-My work MAY NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES be used for any sort of NFT or AI art generator (or anything of the sort), failure to abide by this will result in the total refusal to work again and completely blocked on all platformsPayment II.-All commissions must be paid in full up front before any work can be done towards your commission
-The only accepted currency is USD
-Payment is through Paypal only at this time via invoice, which will be sent to you after finalizing your commission
-Refunds may be inquired, and/or issued in cases of I the artist failing to provide adequate service, such as failing to communicate any and all cases that may result in the delay of your commission, and/or any situation that results in your commission being unable to complete (e.i. The artist no longer having the time/resources to finish your commission, ect)Process III.-Wips (Works in Progress) may be given upon request of the commissioner
-Commissioner must stay in contact with the artist, and provide any updates that may result in the delay of the finished commission, this includes from the point of offering work, to the final stages of the commission
-Failure to stay in contact may result in your commission being terminated with no refundCustomer Satisfaction IV.-If the commissioner requests any minor revisions, such as including/removing small details, changing colors, ect. will be done free of charge
-If the commissioner requests any major revisions, such as including/removing large details, changing hairstyles, clothes, poses, ect. will be charged an extra fee depending on how great the change isCopyright/Usage Policy V.-I, the artist, have every right to the work that I produce, and not the commissioner
-I have a right to post, publish, or use the work that i make anywhere i like
-The commissioner is allowed to use the work for personal use unless agreed otherwise
-The commissioner is allowed to print out the work
-The commissioner is allow to claim any characters in the work, but not the work itself
-The commissioner is allowed to promote themselves with the work, with proper credit given to the artist
-If the commissioner alters, or uses any aspect of the originally paid for work, they are still required to give proper credit
-DO NOT reproduce and sell the work without the artist's consent
-DO NOT remove any signatures or watermakers that came with the work
-The commissioner is able to buy the commercial rights from the artist, which may be negotiated
-Commerical rights include the use of the work to be reproduced and sold through merchandise, or to promote another product
